Through our commercial, residential, and hospitality programs, we have designed and delivered more than 150 sustainable buildings—an average of 5 to 6 new or renovated buildings each year—systematically incorporating our own energy solutions.
As an EEC agent since 2024, we support our public and private clients—property companies, local governments, and commercial operators—in maximizing energy savings in their buildings. UNDERSTANDING THE EWC
Is my building eligible for energy efficiency certificates?
Many energy-efficiency projects may be eligible, but it all depends on the building, its use, and the chosen solution. ARTEBAT verifies eligibility from the outset, before committing to anything.
I’m not familiar with the ESC program. Is it complicated?
No. ESC The is a funding mechanism: part of the work can be covered by energy providers. Our role is to clearly explain what funding is available and to manage the application process.
I’m already familiar with the EWCs. What else do you offer?
A hands-on approach and a well-structured project: estimates, selection of work, coordination, documentation, and project tracking. You’ll have a single point of contact from start to finish.
When do you find out how much financial aid you can receive?
Once an initial assessment has been made (via a simulation or consultation), an estimate can be provided. The final amount depends on the work selected and the supporting documentation in the file.
Who is doing the work?
The work is carried out by qualified contractors (RGE-certified, depending on the project). ARTEBAT manages the project, coordinates the work, and ensures that everything complies with regulations.
What can cause a ESC application to be delayed?
Most often: missing documents, inconsistent information, or insufficient evidence. It is precisely to avoid this that the case file is prepared in advance, using a clear methodology and verified information.
